OfficeLuv is seeking a Part-Time Barista to support our client's Workplace Experience team. As a Barista, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office cafe. This role will be highly independent, and require a strong working knowledge of coffee operations. The Barista has a direct impact on the functionality and productivity of the workplace and will be a core component of our client's successes.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Years of Barista experience
- 1 Year of experience in an office environment
- You have available to work an early-morning shift starting as early as 6:00 AM
- You can work a flexible schedule, around 20 hours per week

- You have the ability to motivate a team and work together to get every task done
- You know how to maneuver your way around various smartphone applications
- You have great communication skills and are comfortable interacting with the Account Management and Operations team on a daily basis
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- On the following responsibilities in our client's office space:
- Prepare Custom-Coffee Drinks for Employees (Lattes, Cappuccinos, etc..)
- Brew Large-Format Coffee Carafes and Deliver Them to Designated Areas
- Monitor, Restock, and Order Cafe Supplies
- Clean and Organize Cafe and Associated Areas
- Disinfect High-Touch Surfaces
- Provide outstanding customer service to employees
- Work alongside other OfficeLuv team members including facilities attendants, operations managers, purchasing agents, and customer support agents
- Assist with event setups and other facilities projects as needed
