What You'll Do:
Own Project Management for our Swag & Kit Category
Support Sales and Customers to develop proofs, pricing, and execution plan
Oversee timelines and tasks from start to finish
Creatively source substitutes based on turn around times and stock levels
Place product orders with vendors
Work closely with third party fulfillment partners and in-house team to ensure products are arriving on time, document any damages, and kits are assembled and shipped out.
Work within Asana or other Project Management software and hold stakeholders accountable to updating information as needed to keep projects running smoothly
Create landing pages for customers to collect employee information (gift selection and addresses).
Experience with process management, customer success, and sourcing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Google sheets
