We’re looking for a rockstar Facilities Operator to help us take our Office Management business to the next level. The Facilities Operator will work alongside a small team to support the day-to-day functions of a 7-floor office facility in Rosemont, IL. You will be responsible for heavy lifting, event setups, mailroom assistance, front desk coverage, and much more! All of our Facilities Operators have a positive impact on the offices they work in. We appreciate team players that bring positive energy and a desire to exceed client expectations!
REQUIREMENTS
- You have 2+ years of facilities, cleaning, and/or office support experience
- You have availability to work a flexible schedule availability (the typical shift is from 10:00AM - 6:00PM)
- You can lift up to 50lbs, multiple times per day, with ease
- You are fully vaccinated and boosted (must provide verification) against COVID-19
- You are able to efficiently commute to Rosemont, IL daily

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Along with your team, own the responsibilities of a 7-floor office environment
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces, several times daily
- Restock supplies and manage inventories
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and projects
- Assist at the reception desk during peak hours
- Tidy, clean and organize high-priority areas
- Assist in mailroom responsibilities
- Aid Facilities team in event preparations
