OfficeLuv is searching for a Barista to support our client's Workplace Experience team. As a Barista, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office cafe. This consists of preparing coffee setups throughout the office, maintaining the organization of cafe areas, brewing large-format coffee carafes, and crafting custom drinks for employees. The Barista has a direct impact on the functionality and productivity of the workplace and will be a core component of our client's successes.
This is a part-time role, starting at 20 hours per week. We anticipate an increase to full-time hours over the first few months in the position.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 2 Years of Barista Experience
- You have available to work an early-morning shift starting at 6:30 AM
- You can work Monday thru Friday (6:30AM - 10:30AM)
- You are fully vaccinated (must provide verification) against COVID-19

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the following responsibilities in our client's office space:
- Prepare Custom-Coffee Drinks for Employees (Lattes, Cappuccinos, etc..)
- Brew Large-Format Coffee Carafes and Deliver Them to Designated Areas
- Monitor, Restock, and Order Cafe Supplies
- Clean and Organize Cafe and Associated Areas
- Disinfect High-Touch Surfaces
- Provide outstanding customer service to employees
- Work alongside other OfficeLuv team members including facilities attendant, operations managers, purchasing agents and customer support agents
- Assist with event setups and other facilities projects as-needed
